No Return / Exchange

Exception: Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must email us at thescentedalchemy01@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the damaged product.
• An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to process the claim.
• Claims reported after 48 hours, or without adequate photo/video proof, may not be accepted.
