Our store follows a No Return / Exchange policy except for approved cases involving damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be available if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Candle Safety

Candles must always be used responsibly.

Customers should:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
• Allow the candle to melt evenly across the top during the first burn.
• Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a stretch.
• Keep candles away from drafts.
• Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface.
• Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the base.

The Scented Alchemy is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use or failure to follow candle care and safety instructions, subject to applicable law.
